Since computers vary from one to the next, unforeseeable problems creep all the time. We ask that you go through the following steps so we can help you in the most organized and efficient manner possible.

- Read the Help section in-game (if available). Often times, the help section will list problems and/or bugs that are being worked on.
- Read the readme.txt section. Although this is typically a little more technical than in-game help sections, the readme usually can lead to more advanced solutions to the problems.
- Check the forums. Each game has a forum designated to it. The community might have already solved your problem.
- Email us. If all the above fails, then send a detailed report to us. We will immediately address the problem and fix whatever problem you may be facing. Send your email here.
